Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking qualified candidates who enjoy interacting with people and are interested in a long term opportunity in sales and customer service.

As a Business Development Representative of our company, you will experience:

  • Inside sales – communicating our client’s new products/services and any promotions they have. Customizing the experience for each new customer to highlight perks that fit best for them.
  • Work as a customer advocate – communicating all issues to our client and executive team directly to come up with individualized solutions.
  • Customer retention – maintaining a great relationship with customers, providing check-ins for quality assurance and cross-selling when applicable.
  • Territory management – as our team continues to acquire profitable customers our client provides areas for business. Pioneer a new sector in our business. Prior expansions include: new cities, new retailers, event promotions and event management, tradeshow coordination, and much more.
  • Consulting – work with management to develop sales, marketing, and advertising strategies to understand our market including: consumer behavior, assessing attrition rates, and consumer reporting.

About the role

Richmond Marketing is currently expanding and in need of an Entry Level Recruiter.

The Human Resource Assistant / Recruiter will be responsible for providing support and assistance to senior management and the HR Department.

What you will do
  • Sourcing resumes on resume databases
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Contacting candidates to discuss job opportunities with the company
  • Greeting company guests
  • Some data entry
  • Updating social media platforms
  • Answering high volume phone calls
Hours / Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation / Perks:
  • Pay is weekly ($500 – $600 DOE)

  • 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Reliable transportation – we are not accessible via public transportation
  • Immediate availability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior leadership experience in either a sport or University related organization or club
  • Prior sales experience
  • GPA 3.0 and up
  • College majored in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Professional Sales, Advertising or similar
